Nancy Li is a coach, speaker, and facilitator who truly believes that it is possible to be both more authentic AND effective at whatever you want to do. She helps driven professionals who struggle to be authentic and want to feel more connected in their relationships – whether it’s in the professional or personal realm.

Driven people are logical, strategic, and great at problem solving but emotions are not logical and you cannot problem solve any relationship (personal or professional) away.

Nancy takes all of her coaching expertise, corporate experience as a business consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, founder and leader of non profit organizations, mindfulness and meditation skills, transformer of team culture – from toxic and harmful to a healthy “human first” culture, nonviolent communication, empathy, and deep listening to help people find what truly fuels their own authenticity. She provides practical and tangible frameworks and tools to help you find what really works in your inner and outer worlds.

Unblocking Your Authenticity Through Yes and No.

Parent Coach

Louise Edwards
Parent Coach
Louise Edwards is a Professional Certified Co-Active Coach, Certified Equus Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, with additional professional development in Mindful Self-Compassion and Inter-Personal Neurobiology. What’s most important to know about her, though, is that she is the mom of 3 perfectly imperfect kids. Her original focus, as a coach, was on interpersonal development to combine her passions around animals, helping others, and personal growth. Then, the pandemic hit and her youngest child’s life went into a tailspin. It became clear to her that everything she thought she knew about being a “good” mother wasn’t working and that it may have even contributed to creating the crisis in the first place. So, with true resilience, Louise took a hard look at parenting (her own included) to create a new definition of “good” that lets go of perfection patterns and focuses on what truly matters: your deep, authentic connection with your kids.
Mastermind Exploration:
When I read somewhere that our children experience the world differently from us, I’ll be honest, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I had never really thought about it and yet it seems so obvious!
I would like to ask everyone: “What is something you wish your parents had been curious about you? What impact might their curiosity have had on you?”

All For Love Coaching

All For Love Coaching

My work revolves around helping people overcome societal expectations and discover and enact the life they truly want to lead. Often people are told that the scripts they have been given for life are somehow morally motivated, rather than societally constructed, and the work I do with my clients involves identifying where the shame is coming from and working to minimize or even banish it, so they can determine what sorts of values and behaviors are most truly in line with their core being.

Mastermind Exploration:

I would like to talk people through a series of sensory experiences (including three senses people might not recognize they have!) and get audience input about “good/bad” sensations and start picking apart how sensory modulation is so fundamental to our understanding of the world and our experiences. Many people don’t understand sensory modulation issues that many neurodivergent people have until they start to understand that their experience is fundamentally subjective.

Patricia Creedon

Pat Creedon Design

My background in graphic design starts way back when I was getting a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design. I was also working in the business at a company that utilized my skills in design and illustration to create party goods sold nationally. I later was an Art Director at a studio in Manhattan designing brochures and annual reports. That was followed by an ad agency job in CT where I rose to Associate Creative Director and got to work on some major brands like Hellmann’s, TD Ameritrade, and Johnson and Johnson.

At the transition into my own business I freelanced at various area corporations, becoming so valued at one that they offered me a job. That was a great experience too because at that high-end luxury furniture brand I was able to refine my designs to create an even better portfolio. When they downsized at the headquarters, I was more than ready to get back to serving my own clients one to one.

Today I offer a simple process to create a client-attractive logo, website or book that business owners can be proud of.

Mastermind Exploration:
I’m interested to learn how small businesses use design services. Can you share a little about your experience?

In your case, did you have any design services starting out? How about now?

Did it go smoothly? Or was the process trying? If you did it again, how would you prefer it to go?
